Abacus has established a seasoned oil and gas team in Calgary, Alberta to evaluate various acquisition opportunities. The Abacus Energy team has over 50 years of combined experience in the sector executing all aspects of acquisition and operation of oil and gas assets.

The entry into the energy sector is consistent with Abacus Private Equity’s strategy of identifying, structuring and executing on acquisition opportunities that  offer value to all stakeholders involved in the M&A process.
